La Paimpolaise Queen scallops and Tuna with Lime Tapas 100g
La Paimpolaise cannery offers a daring but successful recipe of Breton queen scallops with tropical tuna seasoned with lime, tomatoes, ginger and turmeric. An original type rougail to taste! (The rougail is a Creole dish.)
The queen scallop is a mollusk whose edible parts are the muscles. It lives only in the European seas and rests on soft grounds (sand, mud) up to 200 m deep. Like its cousin the scallop shell, it is harvested by dredge and is subject to regulated fishing.
Poor in calories, it is quite rich in mineral salts and also contains B12 vitamins.
No preservatives according to the legislation.
