Casamigos is a tequila brand created by George Clooney and Rande Gerber. Casamigos Reposado tequila is seven months old, which gives it a smooth, slightly woody flavour, with hints of caramel and cocoa.
The agaves used to produce this tequila are 100% Blue Weber, grown in the rich, clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco in Mexico. The fermentation process is extremely slow, giving tequila its unique flavour. The baking of the agave piñas is also done through a traditional process that uses brick ovens.
The tequila has a golden honey colour, with an aroma of caramel and hints of cocoa. The taste is complex with notes of dried fruits and spicy oak, accompanied by a sweet touch of agave. The water used to produce tequila is purified to ensure the highest possible quality.
