A 100% Blue Weber agave reposado tequila aged 8 months in oak with vanilla, caramel, agave, honey and spice notes.
Don Julio Reposado is a premium tequila crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested at peak maturity. After careful distillation, it is aged for around eight months in American white oak barrels. This maturation gives the tequila remarkable smoothness while preserving the fresh, vibrant character of the agave. Elegant and well balanced, it is an excellent introduction to aged tequilas.
The nose reveals aromas of vanilla, caramel, cooked agave and citrus, complemented by gentle oak and sweet spices. The palate is smooth and refined with flavours of honey, stone fruits, milk chocolate and cinnamon, supported by delicate oak. The finish is long, soft and elegant with lingering vanilla, white pepper and fresh agave notes. It can be enjoyed neat, over ice or in premium cocktails.
