This Baby Bourbon, made of 100% local corn is made using traditional methods and aged for 4 months in small American oak barrels. This close proximity to the wood allows the liquid to reach its maturity very quickly and its deep amber color.
Intense, complex and warm, this Bourbon has aromas marked by corn and honey, all enhanced by woody notes and vanilla.
