Noble Coyote Tobalá is an exceptional mezcal, born in the mountainous region of San Luis Amatlán, in the heart of the state of Oaxaca. Made from Tobalá agave, known as the “king of agaves,” it embodies the nobility and rarity of this wild variety, which grows on rocky slopes at altitudes between 1,200 and 2,300 meters.

Carefully cultivated by Noble Coyote, Tobalá takes 12 to 15 years to reach maturity. By choosing to plant and preserve it, the company is working to protect an endangered species while perpetuating an ancestral tradition.
