Penderyn Peated 70cl 46°

Quite original, Penderyn Peated is a whisky from Wales finished in ex-peated whisky casks. Contrary to traditional peated whiskies, this limited edition Single Malt (5000 bottles a year) offers a new approach, with fruitier aromas of green apple, lemon and vanilla, and delicate notes of peat.

Jim Swan, Master Distiller and maturation expert, aged the spirit in ex-peated whisky casks after a first maturation in Evan Williams Bourbon barrels, in which the spirit gained its vanilla and fruity flavours.
