This Cotswolds Sherry Cask whisky is the result of a marriage of four types of Sherry casks carefully selected and blended: Oloroso Sherry casks of American oak, Spanish oak, Pedro Ximénez of American oak and Spanish oak.

The result is a cask strength Single Malt, without colouring or cold filtration, with a deep and very tasty aromatic profile with notes of dried fruit, chocolate and a touch of spice.
