With this Single Malt produced by the young and promising Starward distillery, Australia proves once again that it has its place in the world of whisky. This Left-field was distilled from 100% local raw materials before being aged in French oak barrels (fresh and burnt).

David Vitale, at the head of this distillery located in the heart of Melbourne, chose to put his country in the spotlight. The barrels selected contained red wine from two exceptional wine regions, the Barossa Valley and the Yarra Valley.
