Kyrö Peat Smoke 70cl 47.2°

Kyrö Peat Smoke is the earthiest of the Kyrö rye whiskies. Its thick peat smoke leads from a green and dark brown primary forest to a misty Finnish bog landscape.

This truly unique full-fat, 100% malted Finnish rye whisky observes a blend of smoky malt and Finnish freshwater peat, as in the past in the Nordic countries.

Distilled in Pot Stills, it is aged in ex-Bourbon barrels, French oak barrels and new American oak barrels.

The richness of the liquid is characterized by a vanilla nose and waxy smoke. The palate is marked by notes of baking spices and herbal, almost medicinal smoke, followed by fruit and ending with the sweetness of oak and rye bread.
