Roaring 40s is a Single Malt produced by the Australian distillery Hellyers Road, located in Tasmania.

It is made from locally grown malted barley and aged in ex-Bourbon barrels and bottled without cold filtration at 40°.
This is a lighter version of their flagship "Original" bottling, making it the sweetest expression of their range with notes of honey, vanilla and mango.

Its name "Roaring Forties" is inspired by the winds at 40km/h in the particularly wild region of Tasmania where the distillery is located.
