Cotswolds Single Malt 70cl 46°
First whisky distilled in the Cotswolds, this rich and fruity Single Malt takes you to the heart of the English countryside.
It is made from locally grown barley that is traditionally ground malted in Britain's oldest still operating malt house, Warminster.
After a double distillation in pot stills, this expression is matured in old Bourbon casks and STR red wine casks (Shaved - Toasted - Re-charred).
This combination gives it a profile with a beautiful depth of flavours on notes of honey, Seville orange marmalade and dark red fruits.
The Single Malt is finally bottled at 46% in its natural colour and is not cold filtered to retain all its flavours.
