It is between the iodized air of the coast, the sunny climate and the clay soil of Martinique that the blue cane matures before being harvested to produce this Neisson agricultural rum.
After a long maturation in vats, with daily stirring to aerate the vintages, this white rum is slowly reduced to 52.5° in order to preserve all its aromas.
The result is a surprisingly soft and fine expression, with fresh vegetal flavours.
