Renegade Pre-Cask Upper Lake Antoine 70cl 50°

The Lac Antoine terroir on the island of Grenada grows the Purple Tallboy cane variety.

The highest part of this terroir, the More Field, faces the sea and benefits from the salt-rich winds. The cane benefits from clayey silt soil to grow on the steep slopes of the volcanic crater which serves as the bed of the lake.

This white rum is not aged in barrels (pre-cask) and is bottled directly after distillation, allowing the cane to fully express itself.
