Distilled in January 2019, this Montebello cuvée was brewed at length and reduced to 60° for a year and a half.

Its name and packaging refer to the battle roosters of Guadeloupe, whose winner gets this nickname: Zenga. These roosters are powerful and temperamental, like this white rum!

It offers aromas of a beautiful intensity on spicy flavours, lemony and a mellow texture.

Nose: fresh cane, lemon & fennel, gourmet notes of bread dough, grilled corn.

Mouth: spicy and mellow attack (black pepper, cardamom), notes of lemon, elderberry and liquorice.

Finish: long and fresh (peppermint, granny smith apple, lime), spices (timut berry).
