Agent Double 02 combines 65% traditional candy rum and 35% agricultural rum, a creation made possible by the dual expertise of Maison Isautier, which combines the freshness of molasses rum with the roundness and typicality of agricultural rum.
These rums were distilled in 2021 at high degree (89% and 71.1%) before being assembled raw from the column and then reduced to 55% under the tropical climate of Reunion Island.
The nose with notes of mint and liquorice is very fresh and mixes roasted and floral notes. The palate is aromatic and intense with flavours of exotic fruits and cane sugar.
