The Martinican distillery A1710 has the particularity of distilling its rums with a Pot Still type still and not with the traditional column.

The 2020 edition of the Pearl of A1710 is a white rum made from pure cane juice, distilled in a copper still after 5 days of fermentation.

The canes used were cut manually on the farm, then transported to the heart of the estate for crushing.

Aromatic profile : a rum of character with fruity (mandarin and guava) and floral notes delivering a certain exoticism.
