The Renaissance rum from the Martinican distillery A1710 is presented in a pretty sleek and numbered carafe. This design refers to a drop of pure rum coming out of the still.
This white rum has undergone a long fermentation 5 to 6 days before being distilled in a copper still, fitted with a column with seven trays.
The rum was then aged for a few days in oak barrels which had contained Cognac, giving it both fresh notes and great power.
