A Single Malt distilled in 1993 and bottled at cask strength at 58.7° in 2021 after ageing for 27 years in first fill Sherry Puncheon casks.

This exceptional vintage opens with fruity and spicy notes before giving way to some soft flavours of anise.

Nose: fruity, on aromas of cooked grapes and ginger then vanilla. The fruit cake gives intensity with notes of toffee and lemon zest.

Palate: fresh, it opens with strawberries and orange marmalade, enhanced by notes of black pepper. A few nuts are added to the whole with rich notes of bananas and milk chocolate.

Finish: medium-bodied, the finish is marked by spices and light aniseed notes.
