Cucumber Virgin Mojito
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 mint bunch
- 2 limes
- 75cl of Franklin & Sons elderflower tonic Water with cucumber
- 10 cl of cane sugar syrup
Steps:
1/ Peel and cut the cucumber into pieces.
2/ Place everything in the blender and mix with 2 sprigs of mint, the juice of a lime, the cane sugar syrup and 25 cl of tonic water.
3/ Place a few mint leaves and lime wedges in glasses. Strain the cucumber mixture and fill half the glasses with it.
4/ Fill the rest of the glasses with tonic water.
5/ For decoration, add lime slices.
Apple-cucumber mocktail
Ingredients for 6 people:
- 40cl of apple juice
- 2 limes
- 1 half cucumber
- a few fresh mint leaves
- 75cl of Franklin & Sons elderflower tonic Water with cucumber
- crushed ice
Steps:
1/ A few hours before tasting, pour 40cl of apple juice and the filtered juice of 2 limes into a pitcher or salad bowl.
2/ Cut the washed cucumber into slices and the fresh mint leaves when preparing.
3/ Film everything and refrigerate until tasting.
4/ When ready to serve, fill your glasses with crushed ice up to ⅔. Pour the apple-cucumber mixture into the glasses until the height of the crushed ice. Fill the rest of the glass with tonic.
5/ For decoration, add a few mint leaves, cucumber and lime slices.
6/ Serve with a straw.
Virgin Caipirinha
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 60cl of water Franklin & Sons tonic water
- 12cl of cane sugar syrup
- 4 limes
Steps:
1/ Cut the lime into quarters, place them in the glasses and pour the sugar on top. Use 1 lime per glass.
2/ Crush using a pestle in order to extract the zest and juice.
3/ Cover with crushed ice and complete the tonic.
Citrus mocktail
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 10 cl of cane sugar syrup
- 75 cl Franklin & Sons tonic water
Steps:
1/ Zest the lemon.
2/ In cocktail glasses, pour the tonic, cane sugar and the juice of the 2 lemons.
3/ Add the zest, then using a spoon, mix everything.
4/ Add crushed ice and enjoy chilled.
Grapefruit-tonic mocktail
Ingredients for 1 people:
- 1 ice cube with grapefruit juice
- 60 ml of pink grapefruit juice
- 60 ml of Franklin & Sons pink grapefruit tonic water with bergamot
- 1 wedge of pink grapefruit
Steps:
1/ For the grapefruit ice cube, pour grapefruit juice in an ice cube tray and leave in the freezer for a few hours.
2/ In a glass, place the large ice cube with grapefruit juice and add the juice and tonic.
3/ For decoration, add a grapefruit quarter.
