Ingredients :
- 250g flour
- 130g melted butter
- 130g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200g lemon curd
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Steps :
1) Preheat the oven at 160°.
2) In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mix whitens and doubles in volume.
3) Add the previously melted butter as well as the flour and the baking powder.
4) When the batter is smooth, add the lemon curd and stir.
5) Pour the batter into a buttered and floured baking tin.
6) Cook for 50mn/one hour at 160°. The cake must be golden.
