Ingredients (for 5 people)
- 8 heaped teaspoons Folláin Chargrilled Pepper Relish
- 450g minced beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 175g chopped onions
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoons oregano
400g chopped tomatoes
400g red kidney beans
Soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Steps
- Heat the oil in a frying pan then brown the onion and garlic over medium heat.
- Add the minced meat and heat over a higher heat until brown.
- Add the cumin, oregano, chili, tomatoes, relish and kidney beans.
- Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Serve with rice or potatoes.
