Ingredients (for 5 people)
  • 8 heaped teaspoons Folláin Chargrilled Pepper Relish
  • 450g minced beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 175g chopped onions
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder

  • 2 teaspoons oregano

  • 400g chopped tomatoes

  • 400g red kidney beans

  • Soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan then brown the onion and garlic over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced meat and heat over a higher heat until brown.
  3. Add the cumin, oregano, chili, tomatoes, relish and kidney beans.
  4. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice or potatoes.
