Guinness chocolate mousse


This Guinness chocolate mousse recipe is sure to delight chocolate and beer lovers!
A classic dessert with the typical taste of Guinness Draught.
The ingredients for this recipe are for 6 large portions.

Ingredients for 6 portions:

- 100 ml of Guinness Draught beer

- 10 egg whites

- 10 egg yolks

- 350 g of dark chocolate

- 100 g of sugar powder

- 115 g of butter


1/ Melt the dark chocolate and the butter in a double boiler. Add Guinness Draught beer and mix.

2/ Beat the egg yolks and the sugar powder until a homogeneous and smooth mixture is obtained.

3/ Beat the egg whites until stiff.

4/ Incorporate the melted chocolate mixture into the egg yolks and slowly add the egg whites until stiff. Mix gently and delicately.

5/ Transfer the mousse into glasses and refrigerate for a few hours.

Tip: take the mousse out of the fridge a few minutes before tasting it.
