Miena's nougats come straight from the Glen of Imaal in the heart of Wicklow Nature Park, south of Dublin.

Miena started making nougat in her kitchen and selling her creations in the local market in 2013.

A year later, she transformed her garage into a kitchen dedicated to making nougat with the help of her husband. The kitchen is equipped little by little and the success is growing.

Then a new building dedicated to making nougat was built adjacent to the family home.

Miena nougat is now enjoying international success. It won several Great Taste Awards in 2016 and 2017 and found its place on the shelves of Harrods in London, the most famous shopping center in the world!

Miena's nougats are gluten-free, made from natural ingredients: honey, cranberries, pistachios, fresh almonds…

Not very sweet, they are distinguished by their melting, slightly soft texture.

From classic recipes to more exotic flavours, Miena explores world cuisine through its confections.
