Handmade in the heart of Ireland!

A year later, she transformed her garage into a kitchen dedicated to making nougat with the help of her husband. The kitchen is equipped little by little and the success is growing. Avoca markets Miena's nougats in 2014. Then a new building dedicated to making nougat was built adjacent to the family home.

Miena's nougat is gradually gaining international success. It won several Great Taste Awards in 2016 and 2017 and found its place on the shelves of Harrods in London, the most famous shopping centre in the world!

Miena's nougats are gluten-free, made from natural ingredients: honey, cranberries, pistachios, fresh almonds... Not very sweet, they are distinguished by their melting, slightly soft texture. From classic recipes to more exotic flavours, Miena explores world cuisine through its confections.
