Bushmills Gold Rush
Ingredients:
- 1.5 parts of Bushmills Original
- 1 part of fresh lemon juice
- 1 part of honey syrup
- 4 sprigs of fresh mint
- Lemon slices
- Ice
Steps:
1/ Mix the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds.
2/ Filter everything over fresh ice.
Tropical Teeling
Ingredients:
- 30 ml of Teeling Small Batch
- 5 ml of pineapple syrup
- 80 ml of tonic water
- A dash of fresh lime
Steps:
1/ Add the whiskey and the pineapple syrup to the glass and stir with a tablespoon until blended.
2/ Add ice.
3/ Garnish with tonic water.
4/ Squeeze the fresh lime.
Roe & Co Sidecar
Ingredients:
- 40 ml of Roe & Co Blended
- 20 ml of Cointreau
- 20 ml of lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- Ice cubes
Steps:
1/ Add all the ingredients in a shaker.
2/ Add ice.
3/ Shake and filter twice in the glass.
4/ Add the lemon zest.
Jameson Irish wolfhound
Ingredients:
- 50 ml of Jameson Black Barrel
- 50 ml of ginger beer
- 20 ml of pink grapefruit
- Spicy blackcurrant liqueur
- A pinch of salt
Steps:
1/ Mix the ice, 50 ml of whiskey, 50 ml of ginger beer and the pink grapefruit juice in a glass.
2/ Decorate with two half-slices of grapefruit.
3/ Dip the end of one of the grapefruit slices in the blackcurrant liqueur then in the salt and place in the drink.
Ginger ale St Patrick's cocktail
Ingredients:
- 45 ml of Tullamore 12 years old
- 200 ml of Franklin & Sons Ginger Ale
- 15 ml of lemon juice
For the decoration:
- Slices of lemon
Steps:
1/ With a cocktail measure, pour 45 ml of Tullamore 12 years old.
2/ Then add 15 ml of lemon juice and 200 ml of Ginger Ale Franklin & Sons drink.
3/ Mix everything with a cocktail stick.
4/ For decoration, add a few slices of lemon.
For more freshness, add some ice cubes in your glass.
St Patrick's punch

Ingredients:
- 2 liters of Franklin & Sons ginger beer
- 2 bottles of champagne
- ½ litre of pineapple juice
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 2 scoops of lime sorbet
Steps:
2/ Pour the champagne on the sorbet.
3/ Then slowly add the ginger ale and the pineapple juice to the mixture.
4/ Stir a little so that the mix becomes foamy and to even the ingredients.
5/ Decorate with slices of lemon and lime.
6/ Keep the punch cool.
The green demon
Ingredients:
- 30 ml of rum
- 30 ml of Kalak Vodka
- 30 ml of melon liquor
Steps:
1/ With a cocktail measure, pour 30 ml of rum and 30 ml of vodka.
2/ Then add 30 ml of melon liquor.
3/ Fill the glass with Ginger Ale Franklin & Sons drink.
For more freshness, add some ice cubes in your glass.
Irish Flag Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 30 ml of Brandy
- 30 ml of mint cream
- 30 ml of whiskey cream St Brendan
Steps:
1/ Add mint cream.
2/ Then add the whiskey cream.
3/ Finish by adding the Brandy.
The green leprechaun

Ingredients:
- 3 cl blue curacao
- 3 cl Kalak vodka
- 5 cl of pineapple juice
- 5 cl of orange juice
Steps:
1/ A with a cocktail measure, pour 3 cl of blue curacao and 3 cl of vodka.
2/ Then add 5 cl of pineapple juice and 5 cl of orange juice.
3/ Mix everything with a cocktail stick.
For more freshness, add some ice cubes in your glass.
Ginger beer St Patrick's mocktail
Ingredients:
- 200 ml of Franklin & Sons ginger beer
- 50 ml of apple juice
- 25 ml of lemon juice
For the decoration :
- Slices of lemon
Steps:
1/ With a cocktail measure, pour 50 ml of apple juice.
2/ Then add 200 ml of ginger beer Franklin & Sons and 25 ml of lemon juice.
3/ Mix everything with a cocktail mixing stick.
4/ For decoration, add a slice of lemon.
