Our Spring cocktails


Spring is officially here! Impress your friends during an aperitif or a barbecue with a rum cocktail and a gourmet mocktail (without alcohol) with lemon.

These recipes are refreshing and easy to make!

Spring rum cocktail



- 6cl of amber rum Turquoise Bay

- 2cl of lime juice

- 3cl of cane sugar syrup

- 1 teaspoon of brown sugar

- crushed ice.

For the decoration :

- slices of lime


1 / Using a cocktail doser pour 6cl of Turquoise Bay rum.

2 / Then add 2cl of lime juice, 3cl of cane sugar syrup and brown sugar.

3 / Mix everything with a cocktail mixing stick.

4 / Finally, add the crushed ice.

5 / For decoration, add slices of lime.


Spring mocktail



- 275 ml of Franklin & Sons lemonade & elderflower soda

- 1 teabag of Jasmin Whittard of Chelsea Green Tea

- 8cl of apple juice

- 2 to 3cl of lemon juice

For the decoration :

- peel of lemon and mint leaves


1/ In boiling water add a teabag of jasmine green tea. Let infuse 3min, reserve and let cool.

2/ Add 275ml of Franklin & Sons lemonade, 8cl of apple juice and 3cl of lemon juice.

3/ When the tea has cooled, add 5cl to the rest of the preparation.

4/ Mix everything with a cocktail mixing stick.

5/ For decoration, add lemon peels and mint leaves.

For more freshness, add a few ice cubes to your glass.
