Our "satisfaction or money back" guarantee
Our online shop offers a "satisfaction or your money back" guarantee. So, if an item does not meet your expectations, simply follow the returns procedure.
Returns may be processed within 10 working days of receipt of your return by our services, except in exceptional circumstances or cases of force majeure. You will be notified of this by email or in the "My Returns" section of your account.
In accordance with the terms and conditions of sale, you will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return parcel. This period applies to refunds by re-crediting the payment method used for the order. Refunds can also be made in the form of a credit note that can be used on a future order.
Credit notes are for single use only and are valid for 3 months from the date of issue, which occurs when the return is processed.
What are the return conditions?
You have the option to return your items to us within 30 days. The period begins on the date of delivery of your order.
To return items, simply choose one of the following return options:
Return to shop:
You can drop off your items free of charge at any Le Comptoir Irlandais store of your choice (with the exception of Le Comptoir Irlandais stores in Bayeux, Blois, Granville, La Rochelle, Le Mans, Lorient, Toulouse, Libourne, Le Puy en Velay, Nice and Toulon - see the list of shops).
Please bring the item(s) and the return slip corresponding to your request.
If you have requested a refund, it will be made using the same payment method used when placing the order.

You may return your parcel to us at the following address:

In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please ensure that you include the completed return form in your parcel.
As a reminder, items must be intact, unworn, with their accessories in their original packaging and labels attached to the product.
Exceptions: please note that no items from the wine cellar or delicatessen can be returned or exchanged.

What are the reasons why my return is not compliant?
Requests for returns (for exchange, credit note or refund) can only be approved on condition that the items have been validated by our services with regard to their original condition. Only items returned in their entirety, with their labels, in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any item that is damaged in any way, worn, or soiled, and whose condition does not allow it to be resold directly, will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
No items from the wine cellar or delicatessen may be returned or exchanged.
We ask that you include the return slip with your parcel so that we can identify your return and the reason for it.
Upon receipt of your parcel and after verification of its condition, your request will then be processed. We will of course ensure that this is done as quickly as possible, in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale.
Can I return items purchased online to a shop?
You can return your items free of charge to any Le Comptoir Irlandais store (except Le Comptoir Irlandais stores in Bayeux, Blois, Granville, La Rochelle, Le Mans, Lorient, Libourne, Nice and Toulon - see the list of shops) within 30 days. The period begins on the date of delivery of your order.
