Massenez Alisier Eau-de-Vie 70cl 43°

This traditional eau-de-vie is made from the Alisier fruits. It is a small tree growing in the Vosges, France.

Its fruit, the alise, is orange and has the size of a pea, the pulp of which is edible once its flesh has become very ripe and softened.

It gives off a characteristic aroma of almond and pistachio that can be found in this fine and elegant eau-de-vie from Maison Massenez.
