Calvados Drouin Selection AOC is produced from apples and pears distilled in column stills.

It's an original Calvados, with a high percentage of perry pears used with cider apples. What's more, the soil (schist and granite) and the distillation process (a single distillation) give it an additional typicity that enhances the aromas of the raw apples.

It is also ideal for cooking and cocktail recipes requiring a fruit base.
