Maison Gautier XO 70cl 40°

This Cognac XO is a blend of mature eaux-de-vie giving spirits a fleshy, round body and a typical "rancio" (desired oxidation).

This Cognac is subtle, round and harmonious with flowery aromas and notes of toast and cinnamon.

The tasting in the mouth develops its aromas with notes of candied fruit, it reveals itself to be generous and smooth in harmony, with a good length, characteristic of old Cognacs.

XO stands for "Extra Old". We also find the name of Napoleon. Cognacs whose youngest eau-de-vie has aged at least ten years since 2016 (the count was six years before this date).
