The Berry's Bros House, a real institution in London, is located at number 3 of St. James Street. Its London Dry gin which is elaborated in the purest tradition bears the same number.

The recipe is limited to 3 fruits (juniper berries, orange peel and grapefruit) and 3 spices (angelica root, cardamom and coriander).
The result is an aromatic and tasty palette. Full of finesse, it shows a lot of consistency.

It is produced in the cradle of gin, at Schiedam in the Netherlands, at a distiller who exists since 1695.

Palate: sweet and unctuous. True delicacy with notes of frangipane, ripe fruit (pear, plum, blackcurrant).

Finish: long and nuanced. Citrus, peppermint. The gingerbread reactivates its greedy character.
