Papa Rouyo Sanblaj Pot Still 2022 70cl 48.5°

As its name suggests, this Papa Rouyo rum is a blend ("Sanblaj" in Creole) of rum barrels including new French, American and ex-Cognac barrels.

After a double distillation, this old rum is patiently matured for more than a year in the Guadeloupe cellar.

It is an aromatic expression carried by pure cane juice, whose palette is rich thanks to different types of heating in pot stills. A bold and resolutely sunny rum.
