This gin from the Japanese distillery Sakurao is composed of 9 botanical plants, and in particular cherry blossoms from Japan.

These plants are delicately infused in order to extract the finest aromas and then the liquid obtained is distilled in small batches.

Chugoku Jozo House, renamed Sakurao in 2017, was founded in 1918 in Hiroshima Prefecture.

Nose: lively, with aromas of juniper berries and citrus fruits.

Palate: fresh, flavours of ginger and sweet spices.

Finish: long and soft, with notes of citrus zest.
