While continuing to respect the traditional techniques cultivated over all these years, the distillery is also inspired by Western market trends and therefore embarked on the manufacture of whisky with first of all the famous Togouchi blend, whose whiskies have aged in an old railway tunnel.

With the creation of Sakurao, the distillery decides to produce its own Single Malt, aged in the distillery's cellar for the Sakurao, and in the famous railway tunnel for the Togouchi. A promising distillery, under the supervision of its Master Distiller Taihei Yamamoto since 1998, which promises to be a key player in the market.
