Sakurao Single Malt 70cl 43°

This Sakurao Single Malt, the very first from the young distillery founded in 2017 after a first limited edition at 54°, suggests the character of Sakurao and its future malts. It was distilled, aged and blended in the Hiroshima region, by the Seto Inland Sea.

Aged for 3 years in a combination of Bourbon, American new oak and Sherry casks, it was then matured for several months in casks of mizunara, the famous Japanese oak.
