Hiroshima Prefecture

Hiroshima Prefecture, located on the main island of Japan, is bordered by the Seto Inland Sea to the south and the Chugoku Mountains to the northwest. Hiroshima Prefecture is home to Chugoku Jozo distillery, which produces Togouchi whisky. Chugoku Jozo started producing sakes and shochus and turned to the assembly and aging of whisky when it was popularized in Japan.
