Perfectly balanced maturation

These whiskies are selected for their perfectly balanced complexity, due to a meticulous maturation process. This essential and complex ageing process requires great expertise.

After distillation, the whisky is not yet drinkable, and does not even bear the name whisky at this stage of the process. It is too high in alcohol and must be aged for at least 3 years in casks to earn this appellation.

A wide variety of casks are available, each adding its own complexity to the whisky. These include sherry, bourbon, beer, rum, oak and many others. This diversity of casks enriches the whisky's aromatic profile and contributes to its unique character.

Tasting advice

To fully appreciate your whisky, pour a small amount (between 1.5 and 3 centiliters) into a tasting glass. For the best tasting experience, make sure your whisky is at room temperature. If this isn't the case, opt for whisky stones, which lower the temperature of your drink from 20° to around 10° without diluting it with water.
