Barbados rum

The birthplace of rum, the island of Barbados is dotted with crumbling windmills, which were previously used to crush cane to extract its juice.
The island is home to the world's oldest distillery: Mount Gay. The island's other historic distilleries continue to use iron stills, resulting in powerful rums with very specific aromas.
