Isautier 14 Years Old Antoinette 70cl 55°
This old rum bears the name of Antoinette Isautier, the first woman at the head of the House in 1865, and thanks to whom Isautier rum became known throughout the world.
This traditional rum was made from molasses and distilled in a column in 2004 before being aged in new oak barrels for 8 to 14 months, then in red barrels in the cellars of the distillery in Saint-Pierre de la Réunion.
A rum that is both round and fresh, complex and intense, which highlights the expertise and know-how of Maison Isautier.

Since its creation in 1845, the distillery has seen a succession of 7 generations of the Isautier family who have made this house the benchmark for Reunionese rums.
Each bottle of rum contains all the warmth and authenticity of Reunion Island, between its volcanic lands, its sugar cane plantations, its sea spray, its local fruit and spice crops, and its inhabitants.
As the oldest company on the island still in operation, the Isautier rum distillery puts its local commitment at the heart of its activity with controlled sourcing of raw materials, a constant search for innovation and a particular attention to its environment.
