Isautier 7 Years Old 70cl 40°

Isautier 7-year-old rum is an exceptional rum, made from a blend of traditional molasses rum, aged for more than seven years in new French oak barrels then in red barrels in the distillery's cellar.

Its richness and generosity make it a veritable firework of flavours, with particularly fruity notes. On the nose, you can smell the aromas of ripe fruit, candied fruit and citrus mingle with toasted and vanilla flavours. On the palate, it is smooth, round, suave and strikes a perfect balance between the elegant flavours of fruit and those of sweet spices, such as ginger.

This rum offers a woody, fruity and finely minty intensity, offering a sensation of aromatic freshness.

Often served as an apéritif or digestive, it can be enjoyed at room temperature in a stemmed glass. It is generally enjoyed on its own, but can also accompany a tasting of smoked fish.
