More complex than the younger whiskies of the Glenfarclas range, this 15 Year-Old spirit is the flagship of the distillery. This Speyside Single Malt has aged in Sherry casks, and shows remarkable balance and liveliness.

Glenfarclas 15 Years Old is a famous expression and many purist deem that age ideal to bring out the full complexity of this malt. John L.S. Grant explains the reasons for its degree of 46° alcohol: "we bottle at 46% of alcohol only because my grand-father loved to have it that way. It is still one of the family's favourites."

It is certainly the most balanced of Glenfarclas.
