Nose: initially sweet with notes of brown sugar, caramelized apple and aromatic herbs. Then we find cinnamon, anise and vanilla.

Palate: enveloping, the sweet and fruity notes of grapes, cherry and mango are complemented by dark chocolate and a touch of nuts.

Finish: persistent with a hint of black pepper and ripe oak.
