Iced green tea & ginger beer


- The Tea Ginger & Lemon Green Tea

- 200 ml of Franklin & Sons Ginger Beer

- 25 ml of lemon juice

- 1 slice of lemon

- 1 slice of grapfruit


1/ Mix 1 gram of Ginger & Lemon Green Tea for 200 ml of spring water. Infuse at room temperature for 1 hour.

2/ Filter the tea and mix 50 ml with 200 ml of Ginger Beer. Add 25 ml lemon juice. Mix again.

3/ Pour the mixture into a large glass, add a few ice cubes for freshness and a slice of lemon and grapefruit for the fruity touch.

4/ For a softer and less spicy mocktail, replace Ginger & Lemon green tea with green tea from China.

Thé vert glacé

Iced black tea with citrus


- 1 tea bag Earl Grey Whittard of Chelsea

- 5 cl of orange juice

- 2 cl of syrup or lemon juice

- 1 cl or a few drops of orange blossom

- Crushed ice


1/ In boiling water add a tea bag Earl Grey. Let infuse 3-5 minutes, reserve and let cool.

2/ Apart, add 5 cl of apple juice, 2 cl of lemon juice and 1 cl of orange blossom.

3/ When the tea has cooled, add 275 ml to the rest of the preparation.

4/ Mix everything with a cocktail mixing stick.

5/ For more freshness, add a few ice cubes in your glass.

Thé noir glacé

Lemonade with Earl Grey green tea


- Earl Grey green tea The Tea

- Lemonade

- Mint leaves

- Lemon


1/ Infuse 8g of Earl Grey green tea in lemonade.

2/ Let steep for 30 minutes.

3/ Filter and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

4/ Add a few mint leaves and a lemon slice before serving.


Iced instant tea


- Instant tea Whittard of your choice

- 200ml of water

- Fresh pieces of fruits


1/ Pour two teaspoons in 200 ml of water, or according to your convenience.

2/ Fill your cup with ice, pieces of fresh fruit (lemon slices, pieces of strawberry or raspberries ...) and a few mint leaves then pour your instant tea preparation.

3/ It's ready! Good tasting.

Thé glacé instantané

Iced punch with Super Fruits infusion


- Super fruits infusion Whittard of Chelsea

- 15 cl of water

- 2 tablespoon of Mileeven honey

- 15 cl of Franklin & Sons tonic water

- 3 cl of lemon juice

- A few slices of strawberries

- Sage leaves


1/ Boil 15cl of water and let infuse a Super Fruits tea bag for 15 minutes.

2/ Add 2 tablespoons of honey and stir until dissolved.

3/ Add 3cl of lemon juice and pour 15 cl of tonic water.

4/ For decoration, add some strawberries and sage leaves.

Punch aux super fruits
