Strawberry mojito

The most famous variation of the mythical cocktail, the strawberry mojito will bring a colourful and delicately sweet touch to your summer aperitif!

Ingredients (for 2 people)
  • 10 cl rum of your choosing
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 1 lime
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 20 cl strawberry juice
  • 10 cl sparkling water
  • Crushed ice
Steps
  1. Cut the lemon into quarters and arrange them in two stemless glasses with the mint leaves and the brown sugar.
  2. Crush everything with a pestle, then add the rum, sparkling water and strawberry juice.
  3. Top with crushed ice and a strawberry for decoration.

With this pineapple/passion fruit combination, rediscover the mojito in an exotic version with a little air of the islands!

  • 1 lime

Steps
  1. Cut the passion fruit into quarters and collect the pulp.
  2. Place the quartered limes, mint leaves, passion fruit pulp and brown sugar in two stemless glasses.
  3. Crush everything with a pestle, then add the rum, sparkling water and pineapple juice.
  4. Top with crushed ice and a quarter of pineapple for decoration.

Royal mojito

An elegant twist on the famous cocktail with this royal champagne-based mojito!

  • 5 cl cane sugar syrup
  • 30 cl champagne
  • Crushed ice
Steps

  3. Fill with crushed ice and stir before serving.
