5 cold brew style cocktails and mocktails recipes
With these high temperatures, our body only asks for one thing: freshness! We have the solution: these tea-based cocktails & mocktails to be infused in cold water cold brew style.
Tea Spritz
| Preparation time | 5 mn |

50ml water infused with Whittard of Chelsea watermelon, strawberry & lime infusion

50ml Americano Bianco
-
25ml vodka
-
25ml strawberry puree
-
Add all the ingredients, except the tonic, into a shaker full of ice.

Shake, shake, shake!

Strain into a wine glass filled with ice and top with tonic.

Garnish with strawberry, watermelon, and mint.
Tea Cobbler
| Preparation time | 8 mn |

40ml water infused with Whittard of Chelsea Passionfruit, Mango & Peach Cold Brew

45ml Sherry Fino
-
30ml Mango liqueur
-
20ml Lemon juice
-
10ml Sugar Syrup
-
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Tea El Diablo
| Preparation time | 12 mn |

45ml tequila
-
15ml cassis
-
22,5ml lime juice
-
60ml ginger beer
-
Pour the tequila over the cold brew teabag and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.

Add the infused tequila, cassis, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.

Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice.

Top with ginger beer and garnish with a wedge of lime.
Cranberry & Raspberry Mocktail
| Preparation time | 10mn |

2-3 heaped teaspoons Whittard of Chelsea Cranberry & Raspberry Instant Tea

1/2 cup sparkling water
-
1/4 cup raspberry lemonade
-
Zest and juice of half a lime
-
Fresh mint
-
Shake all ingredients together to combine.

Serve chilled over ice.
Grapefruit Iced Tea
| Preparation time | 2h |

1 Litre water
-
1-3 tablespoons Maple syrup (to taste)
-
Juice one to two grapefruits (to taste)

Fresh rosemary
-
Fresh grapefruit slices

Mix together the tea bags, water, maple syrup and grapefruit juice, adjusting sweetness to taste.

Stir well and allow to chill and steep in the fridge for at least a few hours.

Once ready to serve, serve over ice and enjoy chilled
