Special Dry Xaymaca Rum, guaranteed with no added sugar, brings back to life 19th century Jamaican style 100% pot still rums with an intense flavour revealing the legendary traditional "Rum Funk".

Evoking the name given to the island by its first inhabitants, the Arawaks, Xaymaca Special Dry is a blend of distillates from Long Pond stills marked by notes of very ripe tropical fruit and Clarendon with a powerful "animal" profile.

This rum has a tropical aging of 1 to 3 years and a finish in Cognac casks in France at Maison Ferrand for about 1 year.
