With the launch of Selección de La Familia, Diplomático continues to move upmarket.

Concocted by the two maestros roneros: Tito Cordero and Nelson Hernandez, this new cuvée intended for rum lovers is the fruit of the blend of mainly cane honey rums (90%) and molasses.

Complex and balanced by its aging for 12 years in American oak ex-Bourbon barrel and Sherry barrel, and by its distillation in pot-still and Barbet column.

Upon tasting, this rum reveals intense aromas of vanilla, caramel, red fruit and oak.

This rum fits perfectly as an aperitif and at the end of the meal with a small square of dark chocolate.
