This venerable Single Malt Longmorn distilled in 1966 is the new expression concocted by independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail. An exceptional whisky that has patiently aged for 55 years in a first fill Sherry cask.
For more than five decades in G&M's Elgin warehouse, this precious drink has built a complex, rich and uniquely smooth profile with notes of wild red fruits, lavender and dark chocolate. The result is particularly successful with this ageing in a vintage Sherry cask whose influence provides notes of beeswax, cigar box and tropical spices.
