    These scone fruits are quite famous in England and delicious topped with jam and clotted cream!

    Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, sultanas (12%) (contains: cotton seed oild, palm oil), vegetable oil (contains: palm oil, rapeseed oil), raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, milk powder, salt, emulsifier: sodium stearoyl lactylate.

    Allergen advice: for allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. Made on a line that handles egg, celery and soya.

    Store in a cool, dry place.

    All you need is: 200ml water, flat baking tray (dusted with flour), 8 cm scone cutter or plastic beaker.

    To make six scones:

    1. Preheat oven to 200°C / Gas 6.
    2. Pour the water into a mixing bowl and then add the contents of the pack. Mix together with a spoon, until a soft dough is formed.
    3. Sprinkle flour on the work surface and place dough onto it. Knead lightly. Put a little flour on the dough and press out until it is 1,5cm in height. Use cutter or beaker to cut out scones. Press trimmings together and repeat to make 6 scones.
    4. Place scones on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
    5. Allow to cool on a wire tray. Serve with lashings of your favourite topping.

    Fan oven: as baking characteristics of fans ovens vary, always check your manufacturer's guidelines.

    Top tip: preheat baking tray - this will give you light well risen scones. Enjoy!
