Saint James Éphémère n°6 2006 70cl 54.4°

This third opus from the collection of Cellar Master Marc Sassier pays tribute in the most beautiful way to the "Grands Crus" of the Saint James distillery.

Marc Sassier affirms "this straight from the barrel offers the widest aromatic palette of Saint James, one of the best recent vintages".

Distilled in a traditional Creole column, this aged rum was put into 200 L American oak barrels in December 2006. It was then aged for 15 years and bottled cask strength in the Chais de Sainte-Marie.

Collector series limited to 4910 bottles.
